C-View shared with us this Pumpkin Pie Martini recipe that the restaurant serves at its location at the MileNorth hotel on the Magnificent Mile. This cocktail recipe was prepared by Manvel Sahakian, C-View’s head bartender.
Ingredients: 2 oz pumpkin puree (homemade or store bought) 1 oz whipped cream vodka 1 oz whipped cream 1 oz Frangelico 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Directions: Pour all ingredients in a shake with ice and shake vigously. Pour into a chilled martini glass and top with whip cream and fresh cinnamon as garnish.
